GFRC Mailing List

Club Members, please note that as of March 2012, we have moved away from the mail list as our primary source of Club communications due to mail list send limitations.  We are now using the members-only discussion forum.  The mail list will still be used on occasion for important communications & all such communications should also be posted on the forum.  Please CC the Web Director on any mail sent to the list - they need to approve any mail sent out.

Subscribing:  Our mailing list is for Club members onlySubscriptions are approved on an individual basis by the Web Director.  Please note, your subscription request will be rejected if you are not a current Club member.

To subscribe to the GFRC mail list, please fill out your email address and first & last name (so we know who you are!) on the attached form: /listinfo/

New Members:  If you have recently submitted your membership form via US Mail, there may be a delay in your addition to the list until your membership is processed and can be verified with the Membership Director.  We apologize for the inconvenience, this process helps us limit the amount of Spam our members receive.

Only list subscribers can send mail to the list (If you're not on the list, you will receive an error message if you try to send mail to it).

Changes to your subscription/password retrieval:  Need to change your subscription, or retrieve your password?  Please see this page: listinfo/

Under "GFRC Subscribers" near the bottom of this page, you will see  "To unsubscribe from GFRC, get a password reminder, or change your subscription options enter your subscription email address:"  Enter your email address, and hit the button labeled "unsubscribe or edit options".

For a password reminder, select the Remind button at the bottom of the page.

Once you have your password, you can enter it on this page and change your options, including your password (to something you might remember!).

Special note to users:  When you receive email from the GFRC general info list, the heading may include the address gfrc-bounces"at" (replacing "at" with @).   Some mail services change the values of the mail headers to this email address.

This doesn't mean the email has bounced at all - it's just something added to the header and there is currently no "fix".
